Northern Arizona has a new thing to see- Bearizona- it is a drive through wilderness park in Williams (about 30 miles away). They have goats, bison, donkeys & bears (for now) that just roam free in the park. Lily & I went & checked it out as it's free for "locals" this week & 1/2 price all summer. It was really cool, but hard to document while driving & pointing things out for Lily. The bison came right up to the car- as did a few of the black bears (I'm sure the yams, apples, skittles & 'bear food') being thrown at them helped a bit. The end of the road left us by the bear cub enclosure where Kona & Coco entertained Lily & I for a long time- they are ridiculously cute. It will be a definite "must do" when the grands make it out for a visit.
