Seriously...

Tom & I have been going back & forth for months (and months) trying to decide if we should buy a new house. We've definitely outgrown our little house & with interest rates etc. right now, it seemed silly not to try & take advantage of the market (and hope we don't get taken advantage of).
Thanks to the enormous help of Grammy we found & made a killer offer on an awesome house, in an even awesome-r neighborhood here in Flagstaff. Near downtown, trails & the park! It is a 4bd, 2.5 bath house with a big yard- on a cul de sac. We are scheduled to close on 6/18 (with a 5 day old baby in tow) and are extremely excited about it, but also super nervous about selling our house....Can anyone vouch for burying poor old St. Joseph in the yard? I'm willing to try anything.. :)
