After NH it was off to the island in Maine for a night, our quick trip was enjoyed by all we helped Uncle Tom get the house ready for the 1st tenants, did a little clamming and ate some baby lobsters (made the soft shell mistake). We also tried to paint the new porch railing but most of it was washed away in the rain :(. Lily loved wearing her 1st life jacket and going on the boat. Going to Maine more often is a top reason for moving back to the East Coast for me and I think Tom- we both really love it there- its hard to describe the beauty and just the sense of peace you feel there- must have to do with the whole no electricity thing..
