Lily's 1st day at Acorn was a much-hyped event. We were all so excited for her to start school, but of course Tom & I were a little sad- HOW IS SHE SO OLD ALREADY?!?!?!?! After a round of pictures out front we all hopped in the car for the short drive to school. Lily led us into the classroom, said hello to her teacher & started playing. She could barely even stop for a kiss goodbye. Tom & I were, of course, bumbling teary eyed parents as we left. When I went to pick her up, random moms were telling me what a great day she had. It seems she has seamlessly adjusted & is loving learning! Every day she tells me that she "taught play-doh" which I just think is the cutest!
