Day 1 in San Diego closed out at the beach in Mission Beach. It was kind of chilly/foggy the whole time we were there, so Tom & the girls didn't get any real beach time in, but we had fun in the sand, kelp & on the carousel. We also watched this cool wave machine/surfing thing before heading back to our hotel to cook a yummy dinner & watch baseball (it WAS the playoffs after all)
