Last weekend, we went out to Ft. Tuthill (our old stomping grounds) for the Machine Solutions 10k- the penultimate race of the summer series. About 2 minutes before the race began- it started to POUR, temperatures dropped & the thunder & lightening rolled in- luckily we could all hide in one of the ramadas & wait for the runners to return! Tom did great- although he did get a little muddy...
Currently, Tom is ranked 9th out of almost 200 runners in the BCBS Summer Race Series here in Flagstaff!
Everyone wish him good luck in tomorrows 1/2 Marathon!! He's done it the past 2 years pushing Lily in her stroller, so his time should be a little better this year.... :)
