We had another fun 4th of July! We marched with the Flagstaff Yacht Club, where Lily was a CHAMP at handing out candy to the crowds (and later we learned at squirreling away saltwater taffy to eat at will) and Amelia kept up a family tradition of babies sleeping throughout the parade. We walked home, took naps & walked over to Capt. Jerry's for the clambake! Lily had a great time running wild playing with the other little kids & checking out the lobsters. Tom claims she likes to eat it now (I didn't witness this, so can't confirm)- which may or may not be a good thing.
We went to the horse races that Monday & I actually picked a winner for the 1st time, but my loving husband LOST THE WINNING TICKET.. :) Thankfully, it was only for $10...but STILL!
Lily loved watching the horses & eating her 1st snowcone.
