"Happy 1/2 Birthday to You"
We decided it was finally time for Lily's 1st haircut- I was dragging my feet a bit b/c I thought "she has so little hair already- do we really want to cut it?" and because I really don't want to cut bangs & then have to deal with bangs or growing bangs out for years. But, we figured since she turned 2.5 yesterday- it was finally time. Needless to say, it looks great & she looks even cuter.
Celebrating her 1/2 birthday was a result of Lily's newest obsessions- birthdays & blowing out candles. She & I made some quick cupcakes (frosted with her choice of strawberry frosting (ick) next time I'll just use food coloring in white frosting as she really just wanted PINK) and we celebrated with singing & blowing out candles after dinner. She now tells anyone interested that the is "two half" not just "two" anymore....
