Holiday Lights!

One of the hotels here in town has a big tree lighting event, every year- supposedly they have over 1 million lights around the hotel.
We got there at dark thinking the lights would be on- but little did we know we had to wait an hour and 1/2 for the official 'lighting' luckily there was a lot of stuff for us to look at- the Arboretum had their birds of prey exhibit, Lily got to make an ornament & pick her nose in front of a pretty Christmas to see. Needless to say, we left as soon as the lights went on- it was a fun night, that definitely put me in the holiday spirit! Or maybe it was the snow that did that to me!!
