WOW! We had a busy weekend! Starting off with the Michael Jackson Tribute dance party on Friday night and then steamrolling into the big day itself- the 4th of July! Lily & I marched with Stroller Strides and then hurried back to march with the Flagstaff Yacht Club.
Lily LOVED marching in the parade with Tom, I looked back once & she was just walking down the middle of the street smiling & waving- loving every second of the attention.
After the parade we headed over to the clambake where we fed people 50 lobsters! Huge thanks to Tom for once again, doing all the cooking- he's a pro!
Sunday we rode bikes over to watch the horse races with our friends Ron & Alexis. We won 4/5 races- although one was a 'dead heat' and the other our winning jockey got DQed. Lily picked 3 of the winning horses. Any one want to borrow her to head to the tracks? Our max bet was $2, so we didn't win much- but it was sure fun!!
