I've driven by it a bunch of times & never stopped- but with a Golden Eagle as my copilot decided it was about time! It was, of course, super cool and we joined the gaggle of European tourists for a quick hike up to an arch- people looked at us like we were crazy taking a baby on this 'strenuous' hike... It made me laugh... We even forgot our water in the car....
