Tom and I are both pretty firm believers that things like gas should cost more but when you are on a budget as tight as ours $3.30/gal fill-ups start to hurt a bit. So Tom has started biking to work, braving the April winds and winter cinders still on the road- its not even bike to work week! Lily and I wish we could follow his good example but w/the amount of picking up & dropping off we do, it wouldn't make sense. So yay Tom!
Now if only water cost this much, conservation may actually happen.
